![]() I will never order candles off line again.This is my all time favourite BBW scent. ![]() after I have already been on the phone with customer service 2 different times and they ensured me I would have no problem and I would get total amount refunded. she asked me to leave and call customer service. too top it off she dropped a customers soap on my toe. and when I went too Belden to take my order back the manager Marcie was rude and could careless that I had this issue and only gave me a portion of my money credited back. and too too it off they wouldn’t and didn’t cancel it. she tells me she is looking at it and it’s empty and besides it will cancel out when it sees too orders. I say are you sure I don’t want too orders. customer service tells me that the order number is empty. so I asked customer service if my order was right. while waiting on hold my confirmation number came thru. after my order wouldn’t give me a confirmation number. when it was my turn it took over 3 1/2 hours to order. I waited my turn in line too order candles. 90 dollars worth of product for 11 dollars and no shipping fees? Really? How is that equitable? Please include every area in the rewards program app, or discontinue it. Really BBWs? What gives? People on the BBWs lovers FB group just gloat about the great coupons they get and the rewards they earn. Imagine my dismay to find that it’s STILL NOT available in my area. ![]() That means I’ve downloaded it in the past and deleted it. I got excited, and went to download it and noticed it was in the cloud. No coupons or offers were available for months so me and everyone I knew was paying full price for new arrivals. During the early part of the pandemic, when all stores were closed, I started ordering online. Plus I never get the emails with offers or coupons even though I’ve signed up hundreds of times. You can imagine how much I’ve spent over the years. I’ve been shopping at Bath and Body Works since a store opened in my town 21 years ago. several years ago, I downloaded this app only to find out that it’s unusable in my region or state. Customers need other ways to contact support other than just a phone number and mailing address. Regardless though, I find it funny that my review for a visibly broken item can be rejected yet Nobody’s offered to compensate for it. Conveniently the review was denied because it was “shipping related” which I don’t believe seeing how nothing else in or outside of the package wasn’t damaged at all nor was the cap to the bulb. So I left a review and uploaded pictures for proof. I tried to find an option to do a chat with customer service to see if I could be sent a new one but every page just buffered or took me nowhere. When I opened it, that’s when I noticed that someone had literally nailed the scent stick to the cap and shattered the entire rim of the bulb making it unusable. It was still sealed however and looked perfectly fine. Everything looked fine minus one bulb that was looking slightly empty. But there was nothing leaking anywhere, the box wasn’t even penetrated or punctured. I purchased 5 wall flowers and could smell the scent of one of them before I even opened the box, letting me know something had leaked. One of my recent purchases was oddly damaged and looked like it was done on purpose. ![]() The app is great but is lacking when it comes to customer support options.
